Why my usb 3.0 not working?

i upgrade windows 10 and I install driver usb 3.0 but

appears an error Asmedia Driver Is not Work, Code 24 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. i download for asus but not work. if anyone can help me?
