Sometimes the screen goes dark and error word appears on the middle of the screen. And 3 options are appearing that are cancel, back accept. And the most interesting thing is that it shows no descriptions for the error.

If you could provide a picture of some kind it will be easier to help. I would take it to apple and see what is causing the issue or like always, backup and restore the phone threw itunes.
