Hello,
Few months back my powerbook stopped charging. I replaced the charging cable and it worked for few days. soon, it stopped charging did not boot. I took it to Mac store, they put in a charged battery and connected the power, even then the powerbook would not start. the guy there said it needs the power supply replaced. Can you help?

You said he replaced the battery and power supply and it still would not start, and then suggested a power supply? Well obviously that won't work. First reset the SMC by removing the battery and AC adapter and holding down the start button for 10 seconds. I would remove the battery and connect the AC adapter and see if you get anything. Any lights? Any sounds?
