i have macbook pro 13 with retina
in the last two week i'm talked with the support and i asked him about upgrade the ram from 8 gb to 16 gb and he say i can upgrade the ram but just in the apple support center ,

Nope! Can't be done without replacing the complete logic board. Here's an image of the retina logic board Logic board note the area outlined in orange that is the RAM and if you have a 16 GB unit just on the other side is soldered on 8 more GB of RAM. I might add it will be expensive replacing the logic board and Apple Store Service won't do it.

By this time used logic boards carrying the RAM should be available... but then you have to dispose of (or eat) the perfectly good original logic board.

Or sell your original board... If it works there should be a market for it.

Replacing the logic board to gain the additional RAM memory is a very expensive solution! As to the resale market for the 8GB board not very high as it is not as desirable a board.
