Nikon 3200 message "Cannot start live view at current settings" using Win 10 Operating System

do you have anything else plugged into you camera like a WU-1A wireless adaptor. if so remove it and you'll be able to transfer your files.

that being said plugging the SD card into your computer is far far faster for transferring your images.
