Why there is lines that appears when capturing a photo

When i try to captuted some photos especially when it is bright or too much light the pictures that will appear in the camera were blurred and a lot of lines.

this is an issue with older cameras, as long as you don't point your camera at the source of light, it shouldn't be a problem
