Ipad 2 wont turn on after ios 9 update.....only screen that will pop up is the charging screen.....tried every reboot/restore method i can think of...any ideas?

Restore your device
Connect your device to your computer using the cable that came with it.
Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod when it appears in iTunes.
