My screen turns yellow when I put pressure on the phone
When I put pressure on my phone's screen yellow lines start appearing and the screen starts flashing.
What could be the problem?

Hi sounds like you need a new LCD to me. You can pick them up relativly cheap nowadays, if you follow the guide on here you shouldn't have any problems.

And what's the difference between the lcd screen and digitizer?
Yea looks good to me and i would follow this guide although for some reason parts of it seem to be in chinese which wont help. I wouldn't say this is the easiest repair so make sure about everything before you purchase.
