How to fix wifi and bt IC?

my lg g2 go to water and after service everything work good but wifi and bt don't on.

I found that two resistor of my phone are short circuit.

please help me to understand that how much ohm they have.

Considering the cost of the LG G2 it's not economically feasible to repair. Unless there is data you need of the phone. You can find the ohm on a scamatic if you can find one.
