Game card not working

I have also had this problem in the past, but there is a solution to every problem! What works for me is getting a cotton ball, putting some rubbing alcohol on it, and then gently rub all over the back of the game card. Make sure to wipe it well before you put it in the slot. I guarantee that this will not harm the game card or the ds itself if you do as I said.
