Why when I open my phone, samsung logo always appear
what happen to my fhone? when i open, it stuck at samsung logo. i wait 3-5 minutes it still same. can help me?

You may have a stuck power button . this happened to my daughters phone and this is what we did. Try tapping the phone against your hand just above the power button to try and tap it free
we also did the compressed air around the power button. the final fix that worked best and longest was to squeeze the power button on the inside . Heres the instructions we followed and the worked quit well
