Why do the phrase UNFORTUNATELY MESSENGER HAS STOPPED keeps popping up on my screen.

1. Try to wipe Messenger cashe - go to setting/Aplication/Find Messenger/Select clean or wipe cash data
2. If 1. doesn help reinstal application
3. if 2. doesnt help - do factory reset of phone, be aware u will lose all data
4. if after step 1,2,3 still same error - reinstal SF on your phone.
5. still same error, contact BLUE support!
