Phone is not charging constantly after screen replacement

Hello,

i replaced my screen from one plus one. The screen works finde but the battery 50 % less powerfull now. I cant charge it constantly because it will charge one minute then it stops and continues charging again. I charge it over night and in the morning it says it has 100%. So I dont know if the battery is damaged or, the micro usb port. Can somebody help me?
