so i am planning on replacing the front panel digitizer on my ipod touch 2g as the glass is cracked (the display itself is fine though) but upon looking at guides etc how is the home button connected?
The reason i ask is i dont want to just remove the front panel and then realise ive ripped a ribbon cable or something for the home button?

It's connected from metal contacts on a clip on the logic board, and another set on the back of the digitizer
