This is how you disable it:
1. Open tex messags
2. Touch to type to bring out the keyboard
3. Tap on the pin icon left top corner which is right above the letter Q
4. Slide to second window
5. Settings
6. General settings (keyboard customization)
7. Key press vibration OFF
And you're done!!!

That's not true at all. Go into phone settings > language and input > google keyboard > preferences
