4 My device's screen stays black when I turn on the device.
When I press the power button, instead of lighting up the screen on my device remains dark and black? Can this be fixed or do I need to replace something?

Your Jetpack might be dead so plug it in and what a little while for the battery to charge and try again. If your battery is charged, indicated by the power button lighting up green, and your screen still is black then your screen might have been damaged and needs to be replaced.
