Is the screen cracked? Have you tried cleaning the screen? What is the history of this phone?

my phone has a crack on the bottom left corner. Its been working fine until a few minutes ago. I checked it and the entire left side of the screen is..colorful? That's how I would describe it. And the right side is normal except I cant click anything. Do u know how I could fix it?
