WiFi signal got very weak

Hello ! Recently I had a problem with one of the sim slots and I took my phone to the service centre. I took it back, but obviously they have done something to the wifi antenna, because the signal now is very week, even right next to the router. The problem is not in the router itself. I don't want to get my phone back to the service centre, because of many reasons. I understood that the problem could be in the wifi antenna, but I don't know where it is, in order to try to at least clean it. Can you help me? Thanks!

p.s. I think it might be happening because 2 out of 4 wires are not soldered. /sorry, English is not my first language, obviously :)/

Cleaning it will probably not help. I expect that the solder joint to the board got cracked. I can't see anything on the picture which is definitely an antenna. Maybe it's on the back side of the board. Usually they look like a bar of ceramic with a wire going through (soldered at both ends), although you can make an antenna out of any loop of wire that's the correct dimensions.

They broke your antenna when they took the phone apart. Then they tried to fix it by patching it back together with bits of random wire, as best they could.

The antenna will work poorly attached to the back of the battery with loops of thin wire like that. It was carefully engineered to radiate efficiently in its original spot, over to the left where the wires connect.

The service centre should fix your antenna, but it is probable that they don't know how (unless there is somebody else who understands antennas). So find another place who can. It should only take a few minutes to resolder it, unless it is broken.

Well, turned out that the wires on the battery are for the volume keys only... How can I find the wifi antenna, remains a mistery :)
