My convection microwave is dead

my microwave is over the range GE model JVM1790SK 01.

We were self cleaning the range below and also cooking oin the microwave when the screen started showing funny symbols(going haywire). I unplugged it and when i plugged back in a while later, no response. I was hoping its a fuse and checked some but could not access the oven thermal fuse while on the wall. Do you think its the fuse or the PCB. Also, how do I check the PCB to know, and how do I access the oven thermal fuse. Thanks for listening and I hope you can help!
