iTunes error 14 and Weird Errors.

Hey all, Im in big trouble with my iPhone 5.

Everything started because of burning my charge adapter. I figured out my u2 uc is corrupted. i went to repair shop he replaced my u2 and it was fine until that night.

Now when i open snapchat or something it is weirdly screen stucking and screen fading than rebooting. i decided to restore it, not its worst.

Its giving me Error 14. Its look like stuck in dfu mode, i plugged out battery and plugged in, connecting to pc, but no screen. but it appearing on iTunes.

Well, After 4-5 fail restore i restored with 9.2.1 ipsw but it recognize my iPhone 8GB. Normally its 16GB. is it looks like NAND Error ?

Whats my problem for you ? Please help me im a student cant pay high prices to repair shops.

Edit 2: I solved 14 error, Openning iTunes with Administor rights is solved my problem. but screen fade and reboot still continue
