3 Why is my camera not turning on?
When I try to power-on the camera, nothing happens. My screen is black and nothing lights up.

Try checking the batteries. Sometimes one or both of the batteries are dead. It is usually not a good idea to mix a fully charged battery with a partially charged one. It would be best to change both batteries.

I put two brand new batteries in my camera and it still will not turn on. The only time I am able to get it to turn o n is when I connect it to the computer but that wont let me take pictures with it.
