I replaced my front panel and followed all steps after assembly i noticed the flashlight on the phone does not work and when taking pictures the flash blinks very dim for a slight second and does nothing.

Maybe you have damaged the power flex while repairing the phone.
You need to replace the power flex and see if that fix the problem.
Sometime could be software issue. So if you could backup your phone and reset it to factory settings we can rule out the possibility of software problem.
