1 Why can I put an attachment on my device?
I want to attach the sanding wheel to my device but it won't fit. I'm using the attachment heads that came with my device.

Assuming you are using the correct attachment heads, your problem is most likely the collet. If the collet nut was screwed too tightly at some point you could have damaged your collet, which is the small metal piece that holds the attachment head in place. Refer to our repair guide on how to replace a collet if you believe this is the issue.
