Where is the fuel filter?

Depending on the year of the truck if its gas or diesel there are several locations . On the diesel its located next to the master brake cylinder. On older gas models its mounted on top of the fuel tank next to the sender unit on some of the newer models its mounted to the frame rail next to the fuel tank . Easiest way to find it is to start at the fuel tank sender unit and follow the fuel lines to the engine. you'll find it in there somewhere. If your not seeing it odds are its one of the ones mounted on top of the fuel tank. Hope this helps
