The power button doesn't work at all when I try to power it on. I press the power button and nothing happens. The screen stays black and the blue power button light doesn't come on. I tried to see if the battery was messed up but its fine because it works on my Red New3DS. The orange charging light comes on when I try to charge it.

It can charge but you're not getting power. This sounds like a blown F1 or F2 fuse. You'll need to locate these fuses and test them with a multimeter on continuity mode, touch your probes to either end (doesn't matter pos/neg) and see if you get anything. If you don't, you'll need to replace them. It's a bit of an advanced soldering job due to the size of the fuzes but not impossible.
Let me know what you find out with those tests and we can go from there if that doesn't help.

Hi, thank you for answering. Two days after I made this post, I got really angry and started shaking my 3DS. After shaking it for 5 seconds, I whispered in the mic "for f*** sakes". I pressed the power button and it turned right on. It doesn't have that issue anymore. It may comeback in the future.
