Why does my computer keep restarting?

I have found that as I use my computer, it often restarts on me. This is very frustrating when I am trying to use my computer. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Your computer may have a virus on it. Your computer may have come with a free trial of antivirus software you can use to rid the computer of the virus. Otherwise, you may need to see a professional to have the virus removed.
