Why is my phone saying transmission failure. no pictures msgs

Says transmission failure will retry later pops up when I'm just using my phone. I'm not able to send or receive pictures either and it says I have 11 messages not sent but my msg is fine

OMG. I'm having the same exact problem and it's very annoying. Ughhhhhhhhhhh and my phone keeps going off and I have no msgs.

옵션

A reset might help. If you don't wanna do that then go to sim Management deactivate it then activate. Also go to phone settings and clear data. Hope it works.
