Camera doesnt work after replacing screen

Hi, I replace my touchscreen and lcd panel of my Mi4 and afther turn on the phone , everything is ok except my back camera when i open the camera app the back camera still all black then the phone reboot , the flash and the front camera are working. What could be happening? Thanks for the help
