Bypass Enterprise Enrollment and unblock developer mode

I have an acer C910 and I'm trying to bypass the Enterprise Enrollment. I've removed the write screw, unplugged the battery and I still can't get it in developer mode. Please help.

There used to be a way that you would have to go to the blocked screen and then unplug the power cord and hold the power button for 30 seconds and plug it back in and try again but it got patched in a newer version. You can try this and if it doesn't work after a few times of trying you are on the newer version. I too would like some help.
