It is hanged at the logo and does not factory reset.
My Samsung Galaxy tab a is hanged at the logo and wouldn't reboot. And also it wouldn't factory reset in recovery mode. Please suggest me a way out of this.

Have you press and hold the power button until it powers down , if so is that when it gets stuck on the logo?
