Drive changes files to read only

I installed El Capitan OS to my Mac and the external drive changed my files to read only and doesn't let me fix it as it says I'm not authorized to do it. Previously I was able to change, delete or whatever with the files without any problem.

옵션

You'll first have to take ownership of the drive

Properties->security->advanced->owner

Then have your admin account take ownership. After that assign permissions as you see fit for it
