My Screen is frozed

So my HuaweiP8 Lite doesn't react when i touch the screen,when i turn on the phone and i try to unlock it,but it doesn't.I can restart it but when it says "Slide to unlock" i do touch it but it doens't react.And yes,i can charge the phone
