can only make 911 call cannot find mobile network

Try removing the sim card, then restarting the device. Your phone is most likely fine if it can dial out at all...for example to 911. Most likely a network issue or sim issue. If the phone is used I'd run it against the blacklist....if it's new prob just a sim or network error.
