Replacing headphone jack on Samsung Tab Pro 10.1

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 - My headphone jack is only playing out of one head phone, how can i replace the headphone jack? I have removed the back cover but the headphone jack seems to be soldered to a part which also does power button and volume buttons. Do i need to replace this whole part? Printed on the part is SM-T520 LEFT REVO.12 SPC GF20%<# 2-A
