After opening up my note 4 and adjusting the gps antenna on it when i put it back together the screen no longer turns on but the buttons still lights up indicating that power is running to it can you guys give me a brief idea of what component i need to check out to fix this?

The LCD cable plugs in behind the logic board. It probably went loose if you lifted up the logic board. You simply just need to plug it back in. It's a bit tricky to do.

do u have a picture of which ones?
Check step 6 of this guide. You should be able to plug in the two cables. I think one is for the S-Pen and the other is for the digitizer + lcd.
