Why won't my homelite ut44174 charge
My homelite cordless shear ut44174 won't charge, what can I do?

@sfeste you want to make sure that you check the charger first. Use a multimeter and test the output at the connector. You should show something like 7.2v and 4.8v. If it works that you could have problems with the connector or depleted batteries. Those will most likely have to be replaced. Either way, you'll have to open up the unit to take a good look at it. Post some images of it opened so that we can see what you see. Use this guide for that.
