Hi,

There is plenty of videos on YouTube to dissasemble the blackberry Z10, it's quite a easy phone.

As for the part you need to replace, the bottom microphone, it looks like this when you have the phone open.

This is held down by a bit of adhesive.

And here is a link to a replacement part.

If that doesn't solve the issue, then it may be further damage. :-)
