How if the nerf blaster screw port looses and wears?

If my blaster screw ports loosen .

1.Can a larger diameter screw solve the problem in long term?I means will it juz fit inside and after few disassambly,it will loosen again?(previous screw marks interfere with new marks and totally mess up the port internal)

2.lastly,is it 2.3mm instead 2.6mm for EAT??
