My 2003 dodge caravan will not start or turn over

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan 3.3 liter V6 I replace my starter I replace my battery my fuse box and fuses was checked everything was good but it will not start somehow someway it will not send a message to ECM when I try to start the key. What do i do? I dont really want to spend alot i mean alot of money on a ecm if it could be something else. Because when i looked it up they said if its not the ecm i could be buying brand plug and play and it could damage it

It can...there should be a check engine light, you will have to get a code reader. Do the dash lights come on? Also have you had your alternator tested? Ignition switch? Are your battery terminals on tight? Have you checked the serpentine belt?

I have checked everything and it want Start.Is there anything that you may know that can help?I have changed the fuse box,starter, range sensor and when I turn key to start I get lights but nothing else thanks
