Why do none of my discs read on my Wii U

One Day, I was playing on the Wii U and put in a copy of Super Mario Galaxy 2. When I inserted it, I heard an implosion coming from the disc reader. ever since, I couldn't play any physical copies of my games. Can someone Help Me?
