1. When the charger plugged in, charging symbol doesn't appear at all.
2. I've tried different power outlet and USB cables and still no respond. My pc also not detect when plugged in with USB.
3. I also tried pressing and holding down the power button while the charger is plugged in and still the device not powering on.

Hi.I had this problem as well.I read around and what worked for me is holding the power button down for a long time,keep holding it down until it comes on.It eventually worked.Try doing it while plugged in also.good luck.

I can't believe it! That worked for me! seemed like forever but was actually about three minutes. After releasing button I got battery emblem. then had to push on button again till it started. Thanks so MUCH! Paul
