Screen had coloured lines any cheap fix?

Hey guys would appreciate any input on this subject. I recently dropped my tablet on the ground after I left it ony leg while sleeping.

I can still move and open applications in the area so I beleive it is just a loose wire connecting to the screen or something.

Would there be anyway to fix it with out going to the electronic store and paying about 200 dollars. I am willing to put the time in since I stuffed it up.
