Hey Hemraj,
Have you replaced the screen or not? I had a simular situation, I replaced an iPhone 5s screen and the touchscreen doesn't work good. I don't really have a solution but I'm working at it.

It's probably the touchscreen. Is it cracked? Sounds like the digitizer isn't working right.

I agree, sounds like the digitizer simply needs to be replaced.
