How to save hard drive content in a new desktop

My old Dell 2400 just quit on me. The light in the left side just blink yellow continuously but the computer do not turn on. How can I save the content of the hard drive in another computer.

Are you referring to the power button light is blinking yellow orange ish. If so its a bad power supply. I would search ebay for a good used power supply.
