Where the battery snaps to back of watch, a prong is missing broke and fell off. Watch will not charge. Has anyone else had this problem, and how would one go about fixing it.

I'm assuming you mean the charger has a broken prong, but I wouldn't bother fixing the charger, just replace it with something like this Gear S Charging Dock (RM-750) on Ebay

Not the charger...but on the watch it's self. Found part on ebay gonna take watch apart to try to fix it. Thanks for replying ☺
I have same problem, problem is watch back. WHere can I get that part or find a repair service.
