Power button stays on
Was playing the speaker. It stopped on its own. The power button stays on wont turn off. No other buttons work. Less than a year old. Help please

Hello Rhona
Try the following steps (reset the CHARGE 2+):
1.In power ON mode press and hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds until it shuts off by itself.
2.Unpair/Forget the CHARGE 2+ from your device.
3.Turn the mobile device completely OFF.
4.Switch the mobile device back ON.
5.Turn the mobile device completely OFF "AGAIN". (this is important)
6.Switch the mobile device back ON.
7.Pair the CHARGE 2+ with your mobile device.
If the problem persists, check that the power button is not blocked.

I have the same problem. I just drain the battery till it automatically shuts off. Hope I can just fix the power button somehow...
