Ipad mini is disabled

Basically my ipad got disabled and i had to connect to itunes. I done everything i had to do on itunes and factory reset it. But when i try and set my ipad up i have an email i have to login but i have forgotten it so i cant get on my ipad!! Can anyone help me i really need my ipad to be working asap :( :(

Contact Apple Support and convince them that this iPad Mini is yours and they'll unlock it for you.

And/or provide them with an invoice proving that you own it, and call them or visit an Apple Store or ASP and they'll help you out.
