Why my phone wont turn on?

Why my phone wont turn on after i charged it on my laptop and blackout happens. Is that blackout can be the reason why my phone wont work? before charging i was copying mp3 songs to my phone. does it makes sense? i mean is there a connection between copying files and blackout suddenly? when i try to plug my phone to my laptop, its like my laptop recognizing something because it keeps making sounds that means usb connected or something but it wont install properly because it was turned off. what should i do? i need an answer please (sorry for my bad english), and btw, my phone is Huawei Honor 3C
