Needle stuck due to bobbin thread tangling
Needle won't move and fabric stuck due to bobbin thread becoming multiple. Cleaned bobbin holder, left string long still no fix

Hi, you will need to clean out all old threads from the hook/bobbin area. This means you will need to remove the bobbin case and the hook assembly for cleaning.
If this doesn’t work check any plastic gears on the machine for damage. A damaged gear will jam the machine and will need to be replaced.
