Red Light blink on charger after replace sim cardíaca reader

After replace the sim cardíaca reader the Phone stopped charging and dont turn on. Just blink a Red Light. It show's some problems a few days ago by freezing and i've need to force shut down and restart the Phone. Could it be a problem or it was caused by the replacement?
